Dear Skyline team,

I would like to ask you if there is way to export dotp for both heavy and light peptides in separate columns in the report file.

If you customize the report in the Document Grid, you can add the column "Library Dot Product".
The Library Dot Product can be found in the column picker in the Customize Report dialog at:
Proteins > Peptides > Precursors > Precursor Results > Library Dot Product
(you can also always use the binoculars button on the Customize Report toolbar to search for any column).

Because the Library Dot Product column is on the "Precursor Results" object, it means that you are going to get a separate number for the light and heavy precursors.

If you would like to see the light and heavy dot product values next to each other, you can check the box at the bottom of the Customize Report dialog which says "Pivot Isotope Label".
