On the progress of installation of AutoQC, I've got some of questions about it.

Is the AutoQC only working on the instrument computer?
I tried to run the auto QC within my personal computer, but the Auto QC had the error like below:
"AutoQC Loader encountered an unexpected error. Error details may be found in the AutoQCProgram.log file in this directory:
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\KNCPJLPD.WQA\YWDCAMM6JYB\auto..tion_e4141a2aa22107248_0015.0001_ed0ec6b30c3998a7"
*I would attach the AutoQCprogram.txt file

Is it possible to monitor other compounds except protein or peptides using AutoQC?
My compound is just a small chemical observed by MRM method using ALTIS of Thermo

I would attach the error message I got when I tried to open the AutoQC app and I wonder why the error message keeps showing(it had poped up few mins later since I closed)

Hi HyeonJeong,

You can run AutoQC Loader on any computer where you have Skyline installed and have access to the raw data files. Most people run it on an instrument computer and monitor a folder on the computer for raw data files. But it can also be run on a computer that has a mapped network drive where the raw data files are collected.

AutoQC can be used to monitor both peptides and small molecules.

My apologies for the errors you are seeing. Thank you for attaching the program log. Can you please attach the user.config file as well:

Hi Hyeon-Jeong,

Thank you so much for uploading the log and configuration files. This looks like a bug in AutoQC Loader. I haven't been able to reproduce it in on my machine but we should have a fix and an updated installer by Monday. Thank you for reporting this problem to the support board, and for trying the installer I sent you earlier.
