I am not sure I understand your question.
Are you asking whether there is a way to use the Results Grid to remove Replicates from your Document?
The only way to remove replicates from a Skyline document is with the "Edit > Manage Results" dialog.
The Document Grid has many ways of deleting peptides, transitions and peaks, but we did not think removing replicates would be that useful, and might lead to confusion about what was actually going to be deleted.
By the way, if you want to compare the numbers in one set of replicates to another, you should take a look at the Group Comparison tutorial:
https://skyline.ms/wiki/home/software/Skyline/page.view?name=tutorial_grouped
This tutorial will walk you through using Replicate Annotations to divide your replicates into different cohorts, and then compare peptide peak areas across them.
I hope this helps, but I probably have not understood your question.
