RT data export isn't showing consistent values with the chromatogram Christian F  2021-01-25 10:18

Anytime I go to export results from the experiment after processing the chromatogram data, the retention time listen for each peak doesn't correlate with the RT of the actual peaks. I'm not sure why this is, but each peak in the data is significantly off (almost 0.3 min).

The peak in your screenshot appears to have been manually adjusted from the peak shaded in purple (the peak that Skyline originally picked) to the much smaller peak to its right which has a small black arrowhead pointing to it, and black dashed lines on either side of it. Also, if you choose View > Auto-Zoom > Best Peak, then the graph will be centered around the currently integrated best peak, and not around the "Explicit" retention time annotation.

This explains the difference between your expectations and what you are seeing in the report.

You can revert to the chosen peak by clicking on the retention time annotation above the peak:

     9.3
+1.1.ppm

Though, perhaps you or someone had a reason for making this manual change. Or maybe it was made by accident.

Hope this helps. Thanks for the screenshots.
