In Skyline you can define your own reports which contain whatever data you need.

You should take a look a the Custom Reports tutorial:
https://skyline.ms/wiki/home/software/Skyline/page.view?name=tutorial_custom_reports

Skyline comes with some built-in reports which might already contain the data that you are looking for? What exactly do you mean "export the peaks of all my compounds"? You might find the data that you are looking for in the report called "Transition Results" or maybe "Peptide RT Results". If not, you can create your own report.

Thank you for your response,
but i don't want the "numeric" data but the chromatogram as attached.
I know i can copy for each peak but i was wondring if it is possible to get a report with all the chromatograms at once.

Thank's again

It sounds like you would like to have a PDF file or some other document with pictures of the chromatograms in it. Skyline does not have any feature for exporting pictures of the graphs.

One thing that a lot of people do is they upload their Skyline document to Panorama:
https://panoramaweb.org

Panorama will display the graphs from Skyline documents on web pages. That might be closer to what you are looking for.

You can create a new Panorama project for your lab by filling out the sign-up form here:
