Error: Library File cannot be opened for transferring tes1027  2019-05-30

Hello,
I'm getting the following error when attempting to import a .blib file, exported from ProteinProspector, into Skyline. The directory includes the peaklist and .RAW files, with the same title as the .blib file.
I'm on Windows 10, running Skyline 4.2.0.19072. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

I was able to get this to work by exporting a pep.xml file from ProteinProspector, and then converting the .RAW file to a .mzXML using MSConvertGUI.

It turns out this error is due to saving the Skyline file as the same title as the .blib file. It seems like Skyline tries to overwrite the imported .blib before it imports it, which is causing the error. Changing the name worked.
