Skyline-Daily stops working during results importation in 4.1.1.18257 update StevenVds  2018-09-17 01:49

Hey Skyline

I just did the new update of skyline. During the import of my small molecule data (Waters.raw files) skyline prompts me with the message it stopped working and I have to close the program. The new vendor reader update is probably causing this issue.
I've put three .raw file in attach to see if you can reproduce the problem, also the skyline document itself is included.

Skyline version: 4.1.1.18257 (64-bit)
Operating system: Windows 10 enterprise

Cheers
Steven Vds

Thanks for the clear report and files to reproduce. We are looking into it. One of our own nightly has started failing as well. So, very recently introduced.

Sorry, this made it into a Skyline-daily release.

Thank you for sending these files. Yes, I am able to reproduce this crash.
I think this might be a problem for all Waters data in the latest Skyline-Daily. We will try to fix this as soon as we can.

Note that you can always rollback to the prior release by going to "Add or remove programs" in Windows settings and clicking "Uninstall".

Unfortunately, Windows 10 now this takes you through multiple warning screens before showing a window with the title "Skyline-daily Maintenance" appears asking whether you want to "Restore the application to its previous state" or remove it. (see attached screenshot)

Try not to be alarmed by Windows 10 telling you it will completely remove the program. It won't, unless you choose that option, and you can always cancel at the "Skyline-daily Maintenance" window and do nothing at all.
