Points Across Peak - inclusion in reports norelle wildburger  2018-09-14 08:49

Skyline 4.1 now allows Points Across Peak to be visualized, however is it possible to include Points Across the Peak/ #scans for pept. as option to include in report files. This would be particularly useful when optimizing dynamic exclusion.

Click the binoculars button in the report editor and search for it. It is in there, but reported separately for each transition, because of SRM and even MS1 and MS/MS extraction for the same precursor.

Thank you Mike!
To follow up on this question, is it also possible to search for the real/actual fill time of a given peptide/precursor so as to export this in a report and plot with method set fill time and AGC targets for method optimization.

Basically RawMeat for Skyline.

We currently don't store ion times. We have had discussions about storing this in the future as our lab uses those values for performing system suitability checks. However, it is not available now and it will take some development work.

Thanks for your suggestion.
