Sorry I missed this one. Just now cleaning my inbox. I have answered this a number of other times on the support board. So, maybe you have figured it out by now, or maybe you are still stuck on Skyline 3.7. When you get this failure, it usually means something on your network is denying setup.exe access to the Skyline.application URL that you see in the text file you sent. The simple solution to try is to just paste that URL into a web browser, and most of the time that will be enough to get you through the installation.
