How to manage the order of sample in SL? VJ  2018-04-22 17:02

Hi,

I've ordered my samples as you mentioned; "The order of samples in the document can also be changed by selecting Edit > Manage
Results and selecting Up or Down to move the sample to the desired position"

However I only see the changes in; Peak Areas-Replicate comparison and Retention Times Comparisons, not in EIC panel.

How can I get the same order in the bottom panel (EIA) too?

Use View > Arrange Graphs > Grouped - Sort order. This property is "sticky". So, if you do it once, then using View > Arrange Graphs > Tiled or Tabbed, etc. will use the sort order you chose, which can also be Acquired Time, an option you can set for the retention times and peak areas graphs by right-click > Order By > Acquired Time.

Hope this helps. Thanks for posting your question on the Skyline support board.
