I used openMS to process my data, and the generated identification data is idXML. I want to know how to build a spectral library from these idXML files.

Hi Chuan-qi,
I am not familiar with this format. Do you know what it is? Could it be mzIdentML?

Do you have a small example of this type of file you could post to this support request?

Hi,

I have not seen this format before - it is not one that we currently support in Skyline at this time.
