In a brand new instance of Skyline with no libraries, click the View menu and notice that the following items are enabled:
Fragments
Special Ions
Precursors
Ion Types is gray but lacking its right-arrowhead, which similar submenus have.
This all looks pretty messy and the view menu is getting very long.
Maybe we could change this to:
Spectrum Match
Ion Groups > Precursors, Fragments, Special Ions
Ion Types > ...
Ion Changes > ...
Ranks
And have them all gray appropriately, and arrowheads showing for submenus even when gray.
