In our second webinar of 2025, over 400 participants joined Brendan MacLean (Skyline Principal Developer) and Eduard Sabidó (Proteomics Researcher) on September 19 as they presented the newest tutorial in Skyline, DIA with FragPipe, DIA-NN and Skyline.

Eduard presented a workflow that combined FragPipe, DIA-NN and Skyline for spectrum-centric analysis of data-independent acquisition (DIA) datasets from the Orbitrap Astral.

The webinar concluded with a great Q&A session which generated a number of great questions for Eduard and Brendan to address various considerations of visualizing data in Skyline generated through this workflow.
