Dear Skyline Users,

At last, for our second webinar of 2021 we return to the popular topic of DIA/SWATH. This next webinar revisits DIA, but by parallel accumulation serial fragmentation (diaPASEF) data collected with a Bruker timsTOF instrument. The 3-organism mix experiment is the PASEF equivalent to what we presented in our popular webinar DIA/SWATH Data Analysis in Skyline Revisited.

We also thank the 165 attendees who tuned into our last webinar Using Skyline Batch for Large Scale DIA in July. We really appreciate the energy live attendees bring to these webinars.
