Hello Skyline team, I am a brand new user.  I went through your Method Edit/Refine tutorials. I was trying to import some Thermo Q Exactive raw files.  I created a Background Proteome using a protein name of interest from the Uniprot mouse fasta file (hopefully that is the right thing to do). I would like to view the cysteine modifications of this specific protein.  The Skyline error said "You must add at least one target transition before importing results." I went to Transition Settings to see what I could click on but it did not seem to help.  I am using Skyline 64-bit, 20.1.0.76 on Windows 10. Thank you.
