I followed the Isotope label presentation and configured the peptide and transition setting. So I did the two steps that demonstrated in following documents in pages 75 and 76 of the Chemical labeling section as follow:

1. Added TMT6Plex (N-term) in Peptides Setting > Modifications > Structural modifications
2. Checked all the 10 TMT options in Transition setting > Filter > Special ions

Yet, I see no TMT transitions under precursors.

Any suggestion as what went wrong?
