I noticed this myself working with diaPASEF data during the Dortmund course, and it just got reported on our support board:

You can now end up looking at a blank Full-Scan plot with no points but otherwise seemingly meaningful shading, title, and axes. The user report above said she was able to get points back by clicking the 2D plot button on and off again.
I am starting with you, Rita, to have a closer look at this, since you have been doing the most work in this graph lately. It happened to me on 22.2. So, this may have been broken by changes made during that cycle or earlier.
