This happens when the BLIB references multiple files. Conceivably they're actually the same CCS with different calibrations per file. In any case we should derive the CCS if possible.

Can repro using TestDiaPasefTutorial stopped at page 22 "Manual review window layout with protein selected" - create an empty IMSDB then import the BLIB created earlier in the tutorial
