When I open a .skyp file for a large .sky.zip file the download progress LongWaitDlg appears quickly, but then the bar remains empty for a very long time. At the very least we need to show busy waiting (green bouncing back and forth) if we can't determine the size of the .sky.zip file we are downloading.
Ideally, though, we would quickly get the expected size and then show smooth progress of the download. Most browsers seem to end up doing some of both. We should aim to be as good as browser progress when the user chooses to download the entire .sky.zip file to their machine using a browser.
