During the May Institute one participant requested access to more instrument information in the Document Grid starting with, "Can you tell what instrument the data were acquired on?"

As it turns out, this information is present in the .sky file and even presented once you upload the document to Panorama. However, there is no value for this exposed through the Document Grid - Replicates - Files properties.

This request led the participant to think of other run-wide values of interest. I guess one of them was detector type, e.g. Orbitrap, TOF, etc. Though, I now realize this could vary among the spectra on an instrument like a Thermo Tribrid. But, maybe some thought will lead to other ideas that we could be exposing to the user about how the data were acquired.

Maybe Vagisha also has ideas. I suspect some of the values in the Skyline document and exposed on Panorama were added by her based on requests from Panorama users. We should make sure that at least the same values exposed on Panorama are possible to access in the Skyline Document Grid.
