Brendan notes that there appears to be stuff visible in Designer that should have been moved to its own IMS tab in Transition Settings. If so, let's hose that out.

That's an instance of the same IMS user control that gets used in a separate tab in the Transition Settings dialog, and is also used in the Full Scan Settings user control in the context of the import wizard.

So it does belong there, actually - it's just code reuse rather than code duplication/cruft.
