I have two Rat plasma documents, one has a global standard and the other does not.
When I open the one with the global standard and normalize to it and then open the other document, I end up with Normalize to Heavy despite the fact that this document has no heavy precursors.

In this case, we should be reverting to "Default" instead of "Heavy". Note that neither does it ever automatically flip back to "Global Standards" once it has moved to "Heavy". It just stays normalized to "Heavy".

I think this all got fixed in PR#1962 as part of the Orbitrap tutorial work.
