This just came up on a call with Thermo. For Skyline 21.2 we should finally change the "Targeted" option in Acquisition Method to PRM, and we should add a "SureQuant" option to the same list.

Currently, Bhavin is forced to have customers do the following:
1. Choose DIA as the acquisition method - Centroided with 10-20 ppm tolerance
2. Create a custom Isolation scheme with "Use results", fixed tolerance of 0.007 m/z
3. When a use wants to export a SureQuant method they then need to switch the acquisition method to "Targeted" (to become "PRM")

All of these issues should be solved by adding a "SureQuant" acquisition method, which pre-sets these options, and automatically allows the user to export methods through Kaipo's new implementation.

If we are at all concerned that the user may want to change the m/z tolerance from 0.007 to something else, we could make this value dependent on the Instrument Settings "Method match tolerance m/z", which is otherwise ignored in all DIA acquisition schemes, and automatically change it from the default 0.055 or whatever the user has, to 0.007 when SureQuant is chosen. Then, if the user wants something else, they can just change that value.

"SureQuant" and "PRM" were added in PR#1747 and "Targeted" was hidden in PR#1821
