Right now whenever you have a protein or peptide with multiple precursors selected in the Targets view, the Library match view gets the title "Spectrum information unavailable".

We should at least change this to "Select a peptide precursor to view its matching spectrum" or something similar.

Given how many other graphs can now show multiple panes, we might also just want to consider showing multiple MS/MS spectrum panes when a peptide is selected with multiple precursor charge states.
