When I choose Automatic for iRT in Import Peptide Search, I don't get a separate peptide list at the top with the standard peptides listed in it. Having that peptide list at the top is pretty helpful for quality checking. You can list the peptides twice in the document, first in that list and then in their respective proteins. But we need the list at the top.
