Resolving this by just making sure that small molecule nodes don't try to interact with Prosit even when it's enabled.

This does create a behavior change - formerly, say in a mixed document, the Library Match window would contain some text about Prosit being peptide only. Now Prosit simply doesn't get mentioned at all and Skyline acts in this non-proteomic context as if Prosit just isn't enabled.
