We need to add an [Advanced >>] button to the Edit / Find dialog. When it is clicked, it will expose a checkbox list of things to find. The checkboxes will be populated by a list of classes implementing an IFinder interface. Once this infrastructure is in place, I have a number of these I would like to implement, but you can start with the three listed below:
1. Unintegrated transitions - i.e. transitions with peak area == 0
2. Manually integrated peaks - i.e. precursors or transitions with UserSet (if all transitions in a precursor are UserSet, then find the precursor, otherwise find only the individual transitions with UserSet)
3. Truncated peaks - there is a flag for this also, and the logic would be the same as #2 for finding precursors v. transitions
