When I open a text file (in emEdit, Notepad, Notepad++, or Excel) exported by Spectronaut as CSV spectral library, I see the text:
Non Numérique
Possibly because it was exported by someone in Quebec.
When I import this file into Skyline the ImportTransitionListColumnSelectDlg shows the value like this:
