Here are some things that still need to be implemented in the heat map feature:
1. Clicking on the X or Y axis labels should select the Peptide or Replicate
2. Hierarchical Cluster Graph and PCA Plot each need a window icon and also need to be dockable windows.
3. Graphs need to refresh automatically when data in Document Grid changes
4. Choosing "Show Heat Map" takes a long time to cancel if cancel is clicked while the Alglib algorithm is running
