I analyzed DIA data using Skyline, and Skyline is easy to use and fast.

When I export the results, such as peptide intensities and protein intensities, I can export the peptide intensities but not find a way to export the protein intensities.

Considering the protein intensity can be summed by the top three peptide intensities, it should be easy for the developers to add this function.

Thanks. I wish the developer of Skyline can consider this suggestion.

This should be straightforward to implement.

When you do a protein level group comparison in Skyline, there is an intermediate number that gets calculated which is represents the protein abundance. Many people have requested that we expose that number.

This has been implemented and will be available in the next update of Skyline-Daily.
There is now a "Protein Results" thing that shows up in the Report Editor in the Document Grid.
