If document upload to Panorama is cancelled in Skyline after a pipeline job has already been queued on the server, the job should also be cancelled.

Another problem: Cancel button will not work if the webclient is not receiving any upload progress change events for some reason.

Here are the things that needs to be fixed
1. If document upload to Panorama is cancelled in Skyline after a pipeline job has already been queued on the server, the job should also be cancelled.
2. Cancel button will not work if the webclient is not receiving any upload progress change events for some reason.
3. There is a bug in the code that retries a request. Retry does not work because is uses the already failed request to do the retry!
4. Add retry for the request that checks the status of the queued pipeline job.
