When creating a new socring model and using mprophet as a model, the reintegration picks worse integration borders then what is found without reintegrating. We followed the procedure described here: https://skyline.ms/_webdav/home/software/Skyline/@files/tutorials/PeakPicking_2-5.pdf . When using the default model, the resulting reintegration is better than what is obtained with mprophet.
Please find attached screen shots of the issue.
