Default for "Use high selectivity extraction" to checked is a much better default for complex samples and doesn't hurt purified samples nearly as much to have it on when it is not needed as it hurts complex samples to have it off. So, the default should be changed.

Default for Transition Settings - Filter - Special ions should be all off.

Default for Transition Settings - Filter - Product ion selection From = ion 3, To = last ion

Default for Transition Settings - Library - Ion match tolerance = 0.05 (around 50 ppm - and more appropriate for HRMS. Low res users are more likely to notice this doesn't work for them and switch where high res users likely go forward with 0.5 not realizing how likely that is to give them bogus peak assignments)
