Hi Brendan,

the colored flags for the peptide notes are such useful tools in particular in multisite studies where one sends Skyline templates and files back and forth. It is interesting to consider if one could have more than one of the existing colored flags attached so that person A could flag one peptide with one color and person B at a different site maybe has observed something similar and can add to the peptide note and add their different colored flag. So then one can easily see what flag came from what person for which peptide (based on the color) and if both people had a comment for the same peptide then it would show both colored flags... This could find extended use to really easily visualize different type properties per peptide (with the colors)...

thanks Brendan,

Birgit

Not likely to make the implementation list any time soon. Has been around over 7 years.
