- if a log message contains expansion tokens (like this {0:PropertySeparator}) add a tag with a expanded English text to the same message. If message does not
  have any tokens leave it as is (to reduce the log size)
- mark UndoRedo and summary message tags explicitly instead of relying on the tag order (ensure backward compatibility)
- add Skyline version attribute to the audit_log_root tag

Nick, can you figure out whether these ideas of Tobi's were ever implemented and this is just a stale issue, or whether they are things we still might want to do?
