Title»Failing importing Agilent GC-MS/MS SRM data after upgrade to 18257
Assigned ToGuest»Brendan MacLean
Type»Defect
Area»Skyline
Priority»3
Milestone»4.2
After upgrading to 18257 (before using Skyline-daily-64_4_1_1_18179) Skyline failed to reimport SRM data acquired in negative mode in an Agilent GC-MS/MS and displayed to following error message:
At 5:35 PM:
Failed importing results file 'C:\MassHunter\GCMS\1\data\PRGNM_HPRG\20180914-dia1\20180914-04.D'.
This document contains only negative ion mode transitions, and the imported file contains only positive ion mode data so nothing can be loaded.

Thanks,
Valdemir

I doubt this changed with 18257, but please have a look, Brian.

Valdemir, which side of the error message to you believe to be in error? Does your document in fact contain positive mode transitions, or do you expect the raw data file to contain negative mode ion data? Is this SRM data? Any chance you checked with SeeMS from ProteoWizard to confirm the file contains ion mode data that matches what you have in Skyline?
