The skyline document on reopening cannot find the spectral library .blib file

We are going to need a bit more information to address this one. I would expect Skyline to report that it cannot find the spectral library and request that you identify its location. If this is still an issue, please start with a support request until we can clearly determine that a code change is necessary to fix the problem.
