I am just moving this from the support board:

and my inbox to make sure it is tracked. We can discuss appropriate prioritization next week. This seems like a good idea to me that I think would just involve moving code from AutoQC Loader to the Skyline.CommandLine interface and making AutoQC Loader more of a parameter gathering UI for running Skyline.CommandLine (sort of like SkylineTester). As presently implemented, AutoQC Loader does all of the watching for file changes and then only runs SkylineRunner when it finds work, but it seems like it could just as easily be running SkylineRunner for the file watching as well and then anyone wanting to set up their own AutoQC Loader functionality without involving the UI could do it easily with SkylineRunner.
