Hi Brendan,

Attempting to load mzXMLs generated by SpectrumMill has become an issue. For some reason Skyline is saying it can't find any scans matching my current filter settings, even though my filter settings are totally appropriate for MS1 quant. Don't know if anyone else is having this issue. Am working with our legal department so we can set up an NDA with you guys so I can send you the files in question.

Hi Peter,
Can we start this on the support board where others may find it? I am less sure people will see my explanation here in the issues list. I do not believe this is a bug that will require a change to Skyline, as is indicated by its posting here as a "Defect".

Thanks. I think I should be able to get you past this with a bit more understanding of how to present your data to Skyline.
