A user suggested that peak area correlation plots would be useful between transition or peptide pairs.

Looks pretty interesting as a way of catching transitions or peptides which are not covarying as expected.

It seems like this might have 2 modes? 1) single-pane with a toolbar like the run-to-run RT plot, 2) multi-pane as shown in the example, but that could get confusing quickly beyond 3 or 4 things to compare.
