From an email thread BrianP->Nick and Brendan:

Working on creating a metabolomics tutorial with Will's Merck materials, it's the first time I've really looked at the calibration curve capabilities. I have a question: was there a conscious decision made to omit the molecule name in this chart?

Within the context of a running Skyline it's pretty clear what's going on, but when creating figures for a paper (or tutorial!) it seems like it would be nice if the molecule name was in there somewhere.

Reply from Brendan:

This is fairly common in our UI. Try selecting a precursor, and the legend will switch to showing the transition information, but nothing about the precursor or above it. We rarely use titles in our graphs, except for the Library Match graph, which was my first.

It might be worth adding a Hide / Show Title menu item everywhere we have Hide / Show Legend, and make it possible to show a descriptive title everywhere.

Put it on the list of summer intern projects (i.e. go ahead and put it on the issues list as a TODO issue with no release assigned).
