A researcher using Skyline has requested the ability to use multiple selection (selecting multiple replicates) in the summary "Replicate Comparison" graphs (peak areas, retention times, mass errors) with the ability to apply the "Remove Peak" command to all selected at once.

Seems like it should be possible. We would have to extend our concept of replicate selection to include both the current dominant selection which would still be the active graph tab and what is selected in the Replicates dropdown of the Targets view, but then we would also support selecting an arbitrary list of other replicates. The Replicate Comparison graphs would need to highlight the multiple selection somehow, perhaps with a blue shading, as for multiple selection in the Targets view.

It seems like we could nicely parallel multiple selection in the targets view.

Still would be nice to have. Not sure when we will get to it, but it is more likely to be you than Tobi.
