Hello,

I am collecting data on a Thermo Q Exactive and using Windows 7. I have a method that worked fine on older versions of skyline. Since I updated Skyline to version 2.7, I am unable to open a particular file. We are now unable to open a lot of older files. I am attaching a screen shot of the error. The file that is not opening has data collected in negative mode. But a similar file with data collected in positive mode works with the newer version. Is there anything I can do besides creating a brand new skyline method?
