Title»XML Error -- Reading mz values; small molecule transition list

I created a document in Skyline Daily v.3.7.1.11357 using the Import > Transition List workflow.
I have a list of small molecules some of which are being detected by parent to parent mz (i.e. SIM/SIR scan). I have accurate mass in the parent column and not accurate mass in the fragment column (89.0124 > 89). Check for Errors passes in the transition table and the target list is created. I can save the file with imported data or without data, no problem. When I go to re-open the file, the attached XML error occurs and the file will not open. I was able to fix the issue after reading through the Error text, so that 's not a problem. I think the issue is with the Check Errors feature in the Insert Transition Table. It could flag that as an error prior to inserting the target list. This was an issue when I had imported a large data set and wasn't able to re-open the file.

Thanks,
Lisa
