Dear Brendan,
I'm using Skyline to quantify glycopeptides after PRM analysis, in order to monitor transitions with different glycan structures, I use the transition settings features and edit the special ions list. However working with glycopeptides, my precursors can have large masses, over 5000 (up to 7000). Is it possible to modify the upper limit?
Thank you for your help,
Marie-Estelle LOSFELD

I have increased to 10,000. The value is somewhat arbitrary, but we like to have some kind of maximum in most cases to help keep users from doing something they are not really intending.

The fix will be in the next Skyline-daily release.
