Unfortunately, the original description was lost with the hard-drive crash. Will have to look into more closely for the cases where this happens.

One case where this appears to happen is when the library spectrum is in profile mode. Skyline uses a cut-off of the top 50 most intense peaks in the MS/MS spectrum. With profile mode there are a lot more unannotated peaks. So, that peaks that are annotated below the 50 most intense do not receive ranks.

The 50 cut-off is important to performance. We can live with this issue.
