We already recognize RT (for iRT) and relative ion abundance (for spectral library) when importing an external transition list. We should add the ability to recognize columns for other parameters (e.g. CE and CoV) and ask the user whether they want to create an optimization library for these, as we ask about creating iRT and spectral library when we see those columns in the transition list.
