In recent work processing data, I found my steps to remove a peak were frequently:
1. Click on its bars in the retention time plot
2. Find the now active chromatogram pane that contained the peak I had just clicked
3. Right-click in that pane and Remove Peak
[4. When I actually wanted to remove all, then I right-clicked again to remove all]
I decided it would simplify my life a great deal if the Remove Peak and Apply to All menu items appeared in the right-click menu for the retention time plot when I right-clicked on the bars for a peak in that plot (same hit detection as click navigation).
