Title»Add summary statistics for q values

Now that Detection Q Value has been added as a full-fledged transition group peak statistic exposed in PrecursorResults in the Document View and Reports, it should also be given support in PrecursorResultsSummary. I think the likely most useful summaries are:

Min
Median
Max

This gives the user the ability to test for any detection at all Min < 0.01, detection in all samples Max < 0.01 or detection in at least half the samples Median 0.01.

We probably also want to add something like:

Global

for a global q value for the peptides calculated from taking the best score for each peptide and performing a completely separate p value to q value calculation based on the decoy distribution of these scores, but if that isn't easily implemented with the rest of this, it can be kicked to a separate issue.

I think this is now possible to achieve with the pivot editor, but still would be nice to have. The Global idea will be handled by Tobi's work to add Peptide- and Protein-level q values.

This would be a good place to start your work on better exposing q value statistics.
