Title»iRT standard peptides added to document can gain extra precursors

I just added an iRT predictor to my document, and when I OKed the Peptide Settings form, I was asked to add the peptides to my document to support this predictor, which I OKed. But when I looked at the peptides, I found they all had charge 2 precursors with just 3 transitions, as indicated by the alert, but several also contained charge 3 precursors with 6 transitions, due to the default settings in my document.

If I ask to add these, the peptides should be marked as AutoManageChildren = false, so that no extra precursors are added like this.
